Talent Worx is seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Recruitment Lead to drive our recruitment strategy for SAP professionals In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients in the SAP domain Your expertise in sourcing engaging and selecting top SAP talent will be critical in ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to succeed Your strategic insight and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be instrumental in shaping our talent pool If you have a passion for SAP recruitment and thrive in a dynamic environment we invite you to join our team Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead the recruitment efforts for SAP roles by developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates including job boards social media and industry events Screen interview and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment planning and employer branding efforts Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 5 years of experience in talent acquisition specifically focused on SAP recruitment In-depth knowledge of SAP roles skills and technologies Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successfully filling SAP positions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Experience with applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment tools A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements Benefits Learn end to end Recruitment Competitive Salary Promising Incentive Work applicant tracking systems ATS and other recruitment tools
