Title: SAP RecruiterLocation: HyderabadResponsibilities of the Candidate:- Source and attract qualified candidates for SAP positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.- End-to-end IT and SAP recruitment- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles.- Leading end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring top SAP professionals.- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for SAP roles.- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP positions and ensure alignment with company culture.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.- Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed.- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.- Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.- Build and maintain relationships with SAP professionals, consultants, and industry contacts to expand the talent network.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP recruitment.- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Recruiter.- Bachelor's Degree (or) an MBA with any Specialization.- Familiarity with SAP modules, terminology is required- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
