Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee project activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and expediting project requirements. The role also involves risk assessment, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Qualifications - Strong experience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery of project components - Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities - Expertise in conducting Inspections to ensure quality control at every stage of construction - Ability to manage Logistics efficiently, ensuring proper resources and supplies are available on time - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders - Proven communication and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus - Experience in sustainable building practices and innovative construction methods is a bonus
