Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee project schedules, ensure resource allocation, maintain project documentation, and coordinate tasks between teams. Responsibilities include monitoring logistics, expediting project activities, conducting inspections, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to keep all project aspects running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles for managing project workflows efficiently
  • Strong Project Management skills for planning, execution, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in conducting Inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Expertise in Logistics Management for coordinating materials and resources effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to manage priorities and address challenges
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
