Since its inception in 1986 by founders Vipul, Harsh, and Anuj Varshney, the practice has become a pioneer in airport terminals, public transportation infrastructure, and heritage conservation. The firm has been instrumental in restoring significant historical sites across the country under the leadership of Vipul Varshney. STHAPATI's projects range from individual homes to large-scale urban developments, showcasing design and structural excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Coordinator role located in New Delhi. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. The role also includes monitoring compliance with quality and regulatory standards and resolving any project-related issues effectively. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory. - Master's in Architecture (M.Arch) or a formal Project Coordinator certification/degree from a reputed institution (preferred). - Proven experience in Project Management, Expediting, Inspections, and Logistics Coordination. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment. - Relevant professional certifications or licenses will be an added advantage. - minimum 10 years of experience is required
