This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 ie INR 8-15 LPA Min Experience 3 years Location Bangalore JobType full-time Requirements What You Will Do Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing offer management and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate compelling job descriptions Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet immediate and future organizational needs Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with policies labor laws and ethical standards You Will Be a Good Fit If You Hold a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Bring 2-3 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role Have strong knowledge of ATS platforms recruitment channels and sourcing tools Possess excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Can handle multiple priorities effectively in a high-paced environment Have experience hiring across a range of functions levels and industries Are comfortable working 50-60 hours per week 6 days a week Prefer a hands-on execution-driven role rather than a purely strategic one Key Skills Hiring Talent Acquisition Mass Hiring Sales Hiring Campus Recruitment Strategic Hiring Startup Recruitment
