We are now ready for the launch of a new vertical focusing on Women Health and Wellness Products. Our FMCG division, called MaVi, is set to rapidly scale in the upcoming year, bringing innovation and high-quality wellness solutions to the market. We are now looking for a dynamic, aggressive Lead Social Media Marketing Specialist who has the capability to translate the Vision into Action as we will be relying on digital presence heavily. A graphic and visual designer who has experience and strong grip over social media marketing. Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes the internet. Someone who knows how to make a brand stand out in a sea of content, understands what performs (and why), and can turn data, design, and creativity into digital magic. You'll be the at the very lead of our online presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of expert visual communication and designing, managing content across platforms, running smart marketing campaigns, handling paid campaigns and leading our digital marketing efforts end-to-end. If you're part strategist, part storyteller, part data nerd, and a full-on creative thinker we want you leading our digital game. Key Responsibilities - Expertly manage the brand's social presence from strategy to execution to performance - Ideate and Lead innovative marketing campaigns on social media - Develop Organic Growth Strategies to increase followers, engagement and reach - Oversee the design and digital marketing team - Track paid campaigns - Engage and Manage the community - Understand Visual Communication and Design Solutions Required Skills - Deep understanding of short-form content and social media algorithms - Self-sufficient marketing mind - Understanding of Visual Communication and Design Language - Experience leading social media marketing (organic and paid)
