Job Description Company Description XEOLOGIX HAZMAT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a trusted leader in Dangerous Goods (DG) logistics with over two decades of expertise. The company offers comprehensive solutions, including DG air freight forwarding as an IATA accredited agent, sea freight forwarding for seamless ocean shipments, and DG customs clearance as a CCBA member. XEOLOGIX also specializes in DG land transportation, certified packing, secure warehousing, and provides UN/IIP approved packing materials. Serving diverse industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and energy, XEOLOGIX is committed to safety, compliance, and optimizing the DG supply chain. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Inside Sales role, located in Velachery. The Senior Inside Sales professional will be responsible for driving revenue through lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with prospective and existing customers to deliver solutions aligned with their logistics needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders at every stage of the sales process. Qualifications - Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation - Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment - Experience in logistics or Dangerous Goods-related industries is a plus - Organizational skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
