Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Appointment Generation Executive. The role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, conducting thorough research and profiling to identify decision-makers, and generating quality appointments. The executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating lead databases, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups, and adhering to daily and monthly appointment targets. Collaboration with the sales team and reporting on progress are key components of the job. Qualifications - Skills in telemarketing, communication, and client engagement - Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and market research - Knowledge of sales pipeline management, database management, and profiling - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets - Prior experience in B2B lead generation or sales is desirable
