across Americas EMEA and Asia Pacific Position Title EUCC Testing Analyst Corporate Title Analyst Job Profile Position details The improper use of End User Computing Calculators EUCCs can lead to incorrect business decisions incorrect financial regulatory reporting inability to respond to regulatory requests and other significant problems that could result in significant financial and or reputational loss to financial institutions Proper use of EUCCs requires that they are developed managed and maintained in a manner that ensures the accuracy and reliability of their results EUCC Testing is the set of processes and activities intended to verify that EUCCs are operated using appropriate controls in line with their design objectives and business uses The candidate will report to the EUCC Testing Manager in MGS India as part of the Model and EUCC Risk Center of Excellence This team works to support the Model and EUCC Risk Management team of the Americas which is responsible for the enterprise-wide model validation and control function to ensure the continued safety and soundness of models used across the bank The Quantitative Risk Control QRC group provides a second line of defense risk management governance across EUCCs use by all lines of businesses in MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada and the candidate will have opportunities to work in EUCC Testing and related activities across all areas of the bank Roles and Responsibilities Inform EUCC Owners of testing related logistical information Gather EUCC Owner documentation and review for completeness Conduct independent Second Line of Defense testing on controls established by EUCC Owners and document results in an organized and clear manner using designatedtemplates and in alignment with the MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada EUCC Risk Management Policy and Procedures Communicate findings identified through the testing process to EUCC Owners and address related EUCC Owner inquiries Review EUCC Owner finding remediation and related materials to determine if they are adequate to close the finding Support archival of documentation related to EUCC Testing Support management of the EUCC Testing shared outlook inbox Execute activities in compliance with the MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada EUCC Risk Management Policy and Procedure Interact with counterparts in the Americas to remain aligned with program requirements Job Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration management Accounting Finance or related fields 1 years of hands-on experience in EUCC Testing Audit or Risk Management functions within a financial services organization Advanced MS Excel skills required proficiency in Tableau SQL MS Access preferred Excellent verbal written communication and people management skills
