Head of Model and EUCC Risk Management

Some of the key responsibilities will include: Oversee the validation of models, monitor their performance, and test controls to ensure compliance with global regulations. Lead a team focused on model validation and End-User Computing (EUCC) testing. Ensure the successful delivery of model-related projects while meeting regulatory standards. Work closely with teams around the world to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. To be eligible for this role you will require: 12-15 years of experience in Model Risk or Model Development. Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, and C++ with a solid understanding of quantitative techniques, statistical methods, and financial products. Proven experience managing a team of 10-12 people, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results Expertise in US regulatory standards, including FRB SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
