Role- Workday Functional Test Analyst Location- Remote (looking for India talent with overlap with EST REQUIRED SKILLS Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of Workday experience • Strong understanding of business processes • Experience with end-to-end testing QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role. Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet or third-party testing platforms). Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus. PREFERRED SKILLS Workday Pro Certification or equivalent Workday training. Experience with Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields). Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
