About ZellAt Zell we re building the future of finance education - making global qualifications like ACCA CFA CPA and CMA accessible effective and outcome-driven We collaborate with industry experts Tier-1 mentors and sharp minds to deliver high-impact learning experiences Our workplace is where precision meets innovation and your career gets real traction We have served more than 1 5 Lakh candidates till date by providing training for internationally recognized Finance and Accounting courses Join us for a fulfilling work- life balance where your ideas and uniqueness are celebrated making each day an exciting adventure Primary Responsibilities This role is very critical and strategic to the company He She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions 1 Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy - Define sales targets and objectives aligned with the company s overall goals - Identify key market segments and target customers within the B2B space - Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company s B2B customer base 2 Build and maintain relationships with key clients - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts - Understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly - Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing guidance on how our products services can address their challenges and objectives 3 Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability - Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs and take corrective actions as needed - Forecast sales accurately and focus on building constant sales pipeline 4 Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with marketing product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives - Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications and Requirements - 8-10 years of sales B2B sales growth and development with an education or SAAS industry - Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field MBA preferred - Strong understanding of how to approach position talent leadership development conversations with University Principals CHROs L D HR professionals as well as Business C-suite Executives- Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing pitching and closing large deals Gravitas to pitch to CXOs CHROs CLOs L D and government heads - Willingness to travel PAN INDIA - Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients ref updazz com
