For more information about Zell, please visit - are we looking for?We are seeking a highly experienced Leader to oversee and support our B2B university partnerships from an academic standpoint. This role will work closely with the B2B team and will require frequent travel to partner universities to ensure academic alignment, curriculum delivery support, and stakeholder engagement.What does the role demand?Academic Support & Delivery- Act as the primary academic point of contact for university partners.- Ensure curriculum mapping, academic planning, and smooth delivery of programs across partner institutions.- Conduct academic workshops, lectures, and faculty training as needed.- Support universities in maintaining academic quality aligned with Zell Education standards.University & Stakeholder Management- Visit partner universities regularly along with the B2B team for meetings, presentations, and engagements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, faculty, and administrators.- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of B2B programs.Quality Assurance & Reporting- Monitor academic progress, student performance, and feedback.- Provide insights and recommendations to improve academic outcomes.- Ensure compliance with academic protocols and documentation Performance and Evaluation- Analyze and report on the overall academic and operational performance of each university partnership against set KPIs.Required Qualifications & Experience- MBA in Finance, ACCA, CFA, or CMA (any one is mandatory).- Minimum 8 years of experience in academics, higher education, training, or related fields.- Strong finance/accounting subject matter expertise.- Experience managing institutional partnerships is preferred.Key Skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.- Willingness to travel frequently to partner universities.- Effective planning, coordination, and organizational skills.Why Join Zell Education?- Opportunity to shape finance education across top universities.- Exposure to globally recognized qualifications.- Growth-oriented, collaborative work environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
