Organization Type Creative Agency Digital Marketing Position Receptionist Office Coordinator Location SriGanganagar-335001 Job Type Full-time On-site Reports To HR Manager Office Manager Founder Role Overview We are looking for a vibrant and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and the efficient heart of our agency You will be the first point of contact for our clients partners and guests ensuring a positive and professional experience This role is crucial in managing our front desk coordinating office operations and supporting the smooth running of our dynamic creative space Key Responsibilities 1 Front Desk Client Hospitality Greet visitors clients and guests warmly and professionally ensuring a fantastic first impression Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Manage the main info or hello agency email address responding to or directing inquiries 2 Office Coordination Administration Maintain the reception and common areas ensuring they are tidy presentable and stocked with necessary supplies e g coffee water snacks Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for client meetings and internal brainstorming sessions Provide basic administrative support to various teams including printing scanning and organizing documents Assist with coordinating team lunches agency events and celebrations 3 Team Support Act as a helpful point of contact for all employees assisting with minor requests and office needs Help with onboarding new hires by preparing their desk welcome kit and access cards Qualifications Skills High school diploma required additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus Proven experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi other local language Pleasant and professional demeanor with a positive can-do attitude Strong knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Outlook Basic knowledge of office equipment e g printers projectors Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to handle the energy of a fast-paced creative environment What We Offer A vibrant creative and supportive work environment The opportunity to be the central hub of a growing exciting agency How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to fill out our application form here https forms gle BJYbHatx2K5uEE7aA Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay From 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
