About the Company BankSathi is a platform that provides unbiased information on various banking products and services such as credit cards p insurance products etc The platform aims to simplify the process of finding the right banking products that suit the needs of individuals Job Title Telecalling Executive We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a telecaller and help drive our continued success As a professional in telecalling you will be generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and reaching sales targets We are seeking a candidate with a proven telecalling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with customers Key Responsibilities - Initiating cold calls to potential clients to promote our products and services - Meeting sales objectives by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our products to potential customers - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster long-term connections - Keeping abreast of product information pricing and promotions to provide precise details to customers - Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions - Engaging in follow-up calls to cultivate leads and convert potential customers into actual customers Qualifications - A minimum of a 12th - Fresher or 1 Yr experience as a telecaller or in a comparable position - Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets - Strong business communication abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Capability to manage high-pressure situations and perform well in a fast-paced setting Schedule 9-hour day shift Monday-Friday Benefits - Competitive salary with bonuses based on performance- Possibilities for career development and advancementIf this role resonates with the career opportunities you re looking for send us your resume at 9877846507 ref updazz com
