Managed Review Team Lead

Job Description The Team Lead will be responsible for providing daily support to project managers and assistant project managers with utmost care of quality and timeliness of document review projects. Responsible for implementing project workflows and reporting daily progress of the review to the managers. Partner with team to build strong relationships and solves day to day subject matter related team queries. Identifies potential project problem areas and share proposed solutions to those problems before and as they arrive. DESCRIPTION - Performing first line review and quality checks for relevance and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex cases - Assist in creating, implementing and improving project workflows and quality control techniques Manage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team members - Ability to grasp complex subject matters and open to work on multiple projects Proficiency in drafting document specific and general queries in order to obtain client/counsel's guidance - Serve as a liaison between the project team and the project managers during the life cycle of a project - Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action - Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met - Balance workload of team to maximize profitability while maintaining quality - Ability to develop and run advanced searches and search term reports - Create and maintain quality control trackers - Focus on accuracy and first time right approach to avoid any rework - Involve in internal communication to improve the department level processes - Ability to handle Relativity and other document review platforms - Perform other special tasks or duties when required REQUIRED SKILLS - Knowledge of MS Office applications required - Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed - Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks based on importance and deadline - Team player and helps in creating positive team environment. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors of Law (LL.B) - Deep Knowledge of eDiscovery and Document Review Projects - Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery Document Review projects - Good oral and written communication - Experience with Relativity is a must; Relativity certification is a plus
