Job Description Key Responsibilities - Campaign strategy & planning: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, Affiliate networks). - Identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns to drive conversions and ROI. - Paid media management: - Manage PPC (pay-per-click), social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic display, and affiliate campaigns. - Optimize budgets across channels to achieve maximum ROI and meet KPIs (cost per acquisition, ROAS, CTR, etc.). - Analytics & reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, WhatsApp marketing. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. 4 Audience Research & Segmentation - Analyze customer data to identify audience segments for targeted campaigns. - Leverage demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting. - Collaboration & stakeholder management: - Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment. - Coordinate with external agencies or partners when needed. - Budget management: - Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively. - Monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency and avoid overspending. - Keeping up with trends: - Stay updated on new advertising platforms, tools, and best practices. - Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
