**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators, including return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value.

Analyze campaign data and performance to identify trends and areas of optimization, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and messaging that resonates with the gaming community and aligns with our brand values.

Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and publishers to drive traffic to our website and app.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve our performance marketing efforts.

Work closely with the product and analytics teams to track and measure the impact of marketing campaigns on key business metrics.

Identify and test new channels and tactics to improve our overall marketing mix.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, and proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.

Deep understanding of the gaming industry and e-sports landscape.

Experience managing relationships with affiliates and publishers, and knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data to inform marketing decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
