Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Manager / Business Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day business operations. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue across multiple business verticals. Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, client visits, and online platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Strategic Planning & Execution Assist in the development of short-term and long-term business strategies. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination (For Business Manager Role) Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business executives and sales professionals. Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor KPIs. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and discuss strategies. Foster a positive, goal-oriented work environment. 5. Sales & Marketing Support Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Support sales executives in closing high-value deals. Ensure the effective positioning of the company's products and services in the market. 6. Financial & Operational Management Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor profitability, sales margins, and cost optimization. Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.Required Skills & Competencies1. Business & Strategic Skills Strong knowledge of business development, client acquisition, and market expansion. Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights. 2.
