Job Title Event Coordinator Lead Generation Executive Location Gandhinagar Employment Type Full-time On-site Experience 0 to 2Years Freshers with good communication skills can apply About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator who will be responsible for generating qualified leads for weddings corporate events and social gatherings The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills a creative mindset and a passion for event planning and client engagement Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through online platforms social media cold calling and networking Build and maintain a database of potential clients interested in wedding corporate and private events Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns for lead generation Respond promptly to client inquiries and convert them into potential business opportunities Maintain regular communication with prospective clients and provide accurate event information Schedule meetings or follow-ups with clients for requirement gathering and proposal sharing Collaborate with the event planning and sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into confirmed bookings Track manage and report lead progress using CRM tools Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong lead generation and client relationship management abilities Knowledge of digital marketing platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Confident in cold calling and networking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and multitasking skills Passion for event planning and client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Event Management Hospitality or a related field Prior experience in lead generation event coordination or sales will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
