Job Description Company Description SBI Pension Funds is India's largest Pension Fund, registered with PFRDA, managing over 5.6 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM) as of October 2025. The company has a significant market share of over 35% of AUM for Government, Corporate, and Retail subscribers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Government channel Relationship Manager role located in Jabalpur. The Relationship Manager will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with Government departments and retail clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and addressing client concerns efficiently. The role includes pooling in Central and State Government AUM and onboarding new subscribers to NPS schemes, conducting presentations, and promoting pension-related solutions. The individual will actively contribute to business growth by strategizing and implementing client-focused sales initiatives and achieving performance targets of Government Funds and New Pran generation under Retail NPS, MSF and Vatsalya categories. Qualifications - Knowledge of pensions, investment principles, and financial products is highly desirable - Strong relationship management and client servicing skills - Proficiency in sales strategies, consultative selling, and cross-selling pension products - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze and understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Any graduation or Post graduation. - Prior experience in the financial services or pension fund sector is an asset - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work remotely and effectively as part of a team.
