Company Description Third Bridge is a market-leading investment research firm We provide integrated solutions for the world s top investors and business leaders to help them make smarter and faster decisions No other company in the world provides the same holistic investment offering our superpower is the combination of human insights and unique investor-led content with a global expert network We serve over 1 000 investment firms offering clients 24 7 coverage through our team of 1 600 employees located across twelve offices We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and proactive Sr Human Resources Operations Associate to join our People Operations team This role supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the HR department ensuring efficient HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience The ideal candidate is organized data-savvy and committed to maintaining accuracy in HR systems and compliance This role also may support the hiring onboarding and training of future HR team members The working hours for this role would be 2 PM - 11 PM Key Responsibilities Employee Life Cycle Management Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes including new hire documentation right-to-work verifications benefits enrollment and terminations Maintain accurate compliant and confidential employee data in HRIS Benefits Administration Oversee day-to-day global benefits administration ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues within agreed service levels Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data benefit deductions and reconciliations Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors and third-party providers managing escalations monitoring service delivery and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Work closely with finance to ensure benefit audits are accurate and invoices are processed on time Assist with global benefits renewal processes where needed Manage global leave of absences programs Mobility Visas Support global mobility processes including visa applications renewals and right-to-work documentation Partner with immigration counsel and vendors to manage cases and ensure compliance with local regulations Track visa expirations and work authorization status to reduce compliance risks Other Responsibilities but not limited to Support employee engagement and education initiatives including recognition and reward programs as well as benefits education sessions Work to streamline and automate HR operational processes to drive efficiency Assist with compensation-related tasks including benchmarking and annual compensation surveys Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR support or operations role Strong understanding of HR processes data entry and confidentiality requirements Experience with HRIS platforms e g Workday Sage People etc preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self starter and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a global organization and supporting human resources responsibilities globally Experience training and supporting other team members Working Conditions Work hours would be from 2pm-11pm IST Mumbai local time with some flexibility in start and end times Hybrid work options available Occasional extended hours during peak HR cycles open enrollment audits etc Additional Information How will you be rewarded Competitive Compensation Enjoy a competitive salary reflective of your skills and experience Time Off Benefit from 18 days of paid time off PTO 8 fixed holidays 1 floating holiday and 8 casual leaves PTO increases with tenure Learning Development Receive a personal development reimbursement yearly for customised learning programs Additionally a dedicated budget supports studies and job-related qualifications Health Well-being Access private medical insurance maternity benefits and engage in various events promoting mental health Life Cover Automatically enrolled in Life Insurance cover from your date of hire providing coverage 4x the annual CTC Flexibility Embrace our work-from-anywhere policy hybrid work options and enjoy Winter Fridays Fun at Work Unwind in our breakout area with games like foosball Table Tennis and PlayStation5 Recognition Rewards Earn points through our colleague-to-colleague recognition program redeemable for hotels gift cards charity donations and more Snacks Refreshments Stay energised with daily snacks tea and coffee provided CSR Days Contribute to social responsibility with 2 CSR days annually -
