Company Description At Vroutes HR we focus on creating coaction capabilities and empowering employers with the most precious asset-people With a combination of innovative technology and personal touch we have enabled marketing and advertising firms to achieve their vision Founded in the year 2017 Vroutes HR have been striving hard to help agencies across India structure their human resources and achieve their short and long-term goals We are lean and agile in adapting to the dynamic changes in modernized methods of HR functioning From Staffing and Recruitment Performance management Training and Development Employee Engagement Compliance management Payroll management Grievances Handling HR Strategy services and HR Audits we are a one stop solution for complete HR Solutions We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist PPC Expert to manage multiple projects and clients delivering exceptional results in digital advertising The ideal candidate should excel in Google Ads Meta Ads and other paid advertising platforms driving ROI and achieving client goals Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan create and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other relevant platforms Optimize campaigns for performance including cost-per-click CPC click-through rates CTR and conversion rates Client Collaboration Understand client requirements and objectives translating them into actionable advertising strategies Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights Budget Management Manage and allocate monthly budgets of 5 LPA or more efficiently Monitor spending to ensure alignment with client KPIs Performance Optimization Analyze data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for campaign improvement A B test ad creatives landing pages and targeting strategies Platform Expertise Stay updated on the latest trends tools and features of advertising platforms Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices Team Collaboration Work closely with creative and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies Qualifications Key Requirements Proven experience with a focus on Google Ads Meta Ads and other paid channels Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad spends of at least 5 LPA Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Data Studio etc Excellent communication and client management skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads Meta Ads or other relevant platforms Experience with remarketing programmatic advertising and audience segmentation
