Position Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PPC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing successful PPC campaigns, with mandatory experience in Google Ads. Experience with Facebook Ads is a significant plus. Additionally, familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of SEO principles is required to ensure effective collaboration with the SEO team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display Networks 
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant targets ● Create compelling ad copy that drives conversions and maximizes ROI ● Optimize campaigns continuously through A/B testing, bid management, and performance analysis 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI ● Assist in developing an effective PPC strategy that aligns with our overall digital marketing initiatives 
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying and addressing short-term and long-range challenges for campaign success
  • Measure and report the performance of all PPC campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and user experience ● Work to stay up-to-date on new PPC updates and implement necessary changes in strategy 
  • Identify critical conversion points and optimize user funnels 
  • Assist in the development and execution of Facebook Ads campaigns as part of our expanding service offerings 
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for enhanced tracking and analysis ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through PPC efforts ● Collaborate with the SEO team to align PPC strategies with overall search marketing goals 
  • Understand basic SEO principles and how they relate to PPC campaigns ● Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between PPC and SEO strategies ● Assist in integrating PPC and SEO efforts for maximum search visibility and ROI 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns ● Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, including bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad extensions 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads tools and reporting 
  • Experience with Facebook Ads is highly desirable 
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is also a plus ● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective PPC campaigns 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis 
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices 
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and their application in both PPC and SEO ● Knowledge of how PPC and SEO can complement each other in digital marketing strategies
