About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the design and analysis of complex bridge structures, with particular emphasis on international projects, especially in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver detailed design for pre- and post-tensioned concrete bridges.
- Execute design for cast-in-place multi-cell post-tensioned box girder bridges.
- Support or lead projects involving segmental bridges – a significant advantage.
- Contribute to the design and analysis of structural steel bridges (preferred).
- Perform structural modeling and analysis using MIDAS Civil and other bridge design software.
- Ensure compliance with international design standards such as AASHTO LRFD and Eurocodes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design engineering.
- Master's degree (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience with MIDAS Civil and other advanced structural analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of AASHTO LRFD, Eurocodes, and other international standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in post-tensioned concrete systems, especially for large-span bridges.
- Experience with segmental bridge design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Middle East bridge design projects is a strong advantage.
