Role Description: Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer We are hiring an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled AI professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Vision Language Models (VLMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a critical role in developing innovative AI applications and systems using the latest advancements in modern AI and deep learning technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement intelligent business solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, and Dataverse — integrating AI models, agents, and business data to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver adaptive, data-driven insights. - Develop and deploy deep learning models for real-time and large-scale AI applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions. - Continuously explore the latest research, experiment with new techniques, and integrate them into production systems. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications - 3–5 years of proven experience in building AI systems for image, video, and text analysis. - Must possess deep expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, and Dataverse. - Advance skills with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Image Diffusion Models (e.g., Stable Diffusion). - Advanced skills in object detection and segmentation using tools like DINO, SAM, YOLO, and Faster R-CNN. - Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV. - Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred). - Strong problem-solving ability and experience in delivering production-grade AI solutions. Preferred Qualifications - Contributions to open-source AI/computer vision projects. - Research publications in recognized AI journals or conferences.
