We specialize in Facebook and Google Ads, crafting performance campaigns that blend creativity, analytics, and strategy to deliver consistent growth for our clients. Role Overview We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into results. You'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with a sharp focus on performance, conversion tracking, and ROI. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand growth. Collaborate with the creative team to design and test ad creatives, hooks, and landing pages. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for best-performing audiences, creatives, and placements. Report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and deliver actionable insights. Manage and scale monthly ad budgets efficiently across multiple accounts. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform innovations. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing. Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign management. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Experience in A/B testing creatives and landing pages for optimization. Ability to manage large ad budgets ($10,000+/month). Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and performance dashboards. Bonus: Experience working with real estate, home improvement, or e-commerce brands.
