Learn more at: www.anckr.com Job Summary As a Performance Marketing Specialist (IC-3), you will execute SEO, PPC, and LSA workflows that drive measurable results for ANCKR and our clients. This is a mid-level delivery role: you’ll manage campaigns, optimize landing pages, track KPIs, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and consistency. You’ll also contribute to ANCKR’s growing performance marketing playbooks, helping refine processes for search, ads, and analytics. This role is the engine of execution under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6). 🔧 Responsibilities - Execute SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, technical checks) - Build and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) - Support setup and optimization of Local Service Ads (LSAs) for client accounts - Track performance with GA4, Search Console, and ad dashboards - Provide weekly/monthly reporting on campaign KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI) - QA campaign setups, landing pages, and site optimizations for accuracy - Maintain SEO/PPC checklists and task trackers for repeatable execution - Escalate issues and insights to the Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6) - Stay current on search engine updates and ad platform changes - Requirements Must-Have - 2–3 years of experience in SEO and/or PPC execution - Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) - Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reporting - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and ROI-driven work Nice-to-Have - Experience with LSAs and local SEO optimization - Familiarity with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads) - Exposure to AI-driven SEO/PPC tools - Agency or consulting experience managing multiple client accounts Perks: - Competitive base compensation - Tech package (laptop, monitor, accessories as needed) - Paid holidays, PTO, flexible hours - Remote-first team with async workflows - Growth path into Performance Marketing Lead (IC-6) - Schedule & Expectations - Standard hours: Standard working Hours - Must deliver tasks with accuracy and consistency - Work tracked in ClickUp, collaboration via Slack - Participation in campaign reviews, reporting cycles, and optimization sprints Why Join Us As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of SEO + paid growth execution: - Running Google Ads and LSAs - Optimizing organic search visibility - Tracking performance and proving ROI This role is the ideal foundation for a career in performance marketing leadership — giving you hands-on exposure across organic, paid, and analytics, with a direct growth path to IC-6 Lead.
