Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Channel Expansion

- Drive channel growth and increase retail footprint within the assigned catchment territory.

Outlet Performance Monitoring

- Track and evaluate performance metrics of all retail outlets, ensuring achievement of sales and service goals.

Acquisition & Revenue Targets

- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets through both inbound and outbound initiatives.

Jio Point Operations

- Operationalize and manage all Jio Points within the designated Jio Centre, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Preferred Outlet Management

- Own and drive performance of preferred outlets to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Customer Experience

- Ensure a world-class customer experience at all Jio Points by implementing service best practices.

Governance & Hygiene

- Maintain operational hygiene and compliance governance across all Jio Points.

Team Productivity & Oversight

- Monitor and manage productivity of field teams, setting clear performance expectations and goals.

Training & Development

- Evaluate, train, and support team members and channel partners to boost performance and capabilities.

Qualification

Graduation degree in any discipline
