As a BI Analyst, you will build reports, dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven decisions. You&aposll collaborate with business teams to ensure accurate, accessible, and optimized reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, SQL, and Python
- Gather requirements and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance in reporting
- Automate recurring reports and support ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with performance tuning
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- BI & Reporting experience in Marketing/Loyalty field preferred
- Basic Python for data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
