Role Overview Description Job description We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing franchisee sales and account management, with a key focus on maximizing sales per store, optimizing costs, and managing profit and loss. You will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our franchise network. Responsibilities: Franchisee Sales and Account Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the franchise network. Collaborate with franchisees to understand their business needs, provide guidance, and ensure their success. Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees, analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans. Build strong relationships with franchisees, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or issues. Provide training and support to franchisees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational best practices. Sales per Store Optimization: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for increasing sales per store. Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to drive sales growth and improve store-level performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to enhance sales per store. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales per store and take necessary actions to improve performance. Cost Optimization and Profit & Loss Management: Analyze franchisee costs and expenses to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement. Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs for the company while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to manage profit and loss for the cluster. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction to improve overall profitability. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, store-level profitability, and cost optimization initiatives. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales management, account management, or business management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchisees and stakeholders. Solid understanding of profit and loss management, cost optimization, and financial analysis. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
