Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Cuddapah. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for their designated area, maintaining relationships with local shop owners, and driving revenue growth. The Area Sales Manager will also need to train and manage sales representatives and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Experience in franchise sales operations and team management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with retail and distribution operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the franchise sales is a plus
