Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kurnool for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting financial products, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, the Field Sales Officer will work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Relationship Management skills
- Expertise in Client Relations and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in sales or finance is an advantage
