Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Vile Parle East Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks addressing client needs and inquiries, and working closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce industry
