Business Development Specialist

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Business Development Specialist for a UK-based global event company. The position is a full-time remote position. The role offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work directly with global teams. Experience required: 1-2 years CTC: 4-6 LPA + Commissions Location: Remote Time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday) Type of employment- Full-time Responsibilities - Engaging directly with senior executives across industries to invite them to attend high-value, insight-driven business events - Building authentic and professional relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across multiple sectors - Effectively articulating the value proposition of each event, clearly answering the “What’s In It For Me?” for potential attendees - Managing attendee pipelines across multiple campaigns to ensure consistent conversions and outreach effectiveness - Handling objections and rejections with confidence, persistence, and a results-oriented approach - Collaborating closely with campaign managers, event producers, and strategic partners to align outreach with event goals - Tracking campaign progress, maintaining accurate data, and optimizing outreach strategies based on feedback and performance insights - Supporting the delivery of exceptional event experiences by ensuring the right audience mix and engagement quality - Driving consistent conversions through persuasive communication and follow-ups across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (additional EU or GCC languages are a plus) - Confidence and professionalism when interacting with senior executives and decision-makers - 1–2 years of experience in B2B, lead generation, client engagement, or business development roles preferred - High resilience and persistence, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable outcomes - A strong sense of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from every interaction - Outcome-driven mindset with a passion for people and relationship-building
