This is an Internal document JOB TITLE MARKETING MANAGER Job Summary We are seeking an experienced passionate and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team at Kotak811 The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition cross-sell engagement and loyalty that drives business growth The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management within the financial industry with proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns conducting consumer research and planning and executing events Key Responsibilities xefx82xb7 Lead the development and anchor implementation of digital brand marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition across paid owned and earned digital channels xefx82xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns to drive cross sell engagement and loyalty xefx82xb7 Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure maximum impact xefx82xb7 Oversee the development of all brand assets including advertising promotional materials and digital content xefx82xb7 Manage the planning and execution of sales events that align with the brand s identity and values xefx82xb7 Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences trends and opportunities to improve brand perception and engagement xefx82xb7 Act as a custodian for the brand creative assets and development process xefx82xb7 Manage the brand s budget ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget xefx82xb7 Develop relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams agencies partners and customers xefx82xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards Qualifications xefx82xb7 Master s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field xefx82xb7 Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management preferably within the financial industry xefx82xb7 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously xefx82xb7 Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events xefx82xb7 Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms xefx82xb7 Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth xefx82xb7 Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies xefx82xb7 Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills xefx82xb7 Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and are excited about the opportunity please send your resume to sagar shah1 kotak com
