Hi All We are having urgent opening for Marketing Manager with one of our MNC client Mumbai Job Title - Marketing ManagerExperience - 8 to 15 YrsCTC - 15 to 17 LPAJob Location - MumbaiJob Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to manage a team to achieve marketing goals Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities Team Leadership Lead and manage the marketing team providing guidance coaching and support Foster a collaborative and creative team environment Brand Management Develop and maintain the company s brand identity ensuring consistency across all channels Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM email marketing and social media Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns adjusting strategies as needed Content Development Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing materials Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy Campaign Execution Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future initiatives Market Research Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies Budget Management Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI Provide regular financial reports to the leadership team Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field Masters degree is a plus Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of marketing principles consumer behavior and market trends Excellent leadership and team management skills Solid experience in digital marketing content creation and campaign execution Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas Proven ability to manage budgets effectively If interested please send your updated resume on gareema awasthi cielhr com
