Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy customer-focused Sales Executive to drive growth across our mid-market customer base This individual contributor role is responsible for identifying developing and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within US existing accounts The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with a strong understanding of customer success levers while leveraging modern tools including AI-enabled sales practices to optimize engagement and drive results Key Responsibilities Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts focusing on revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to identify client needs and develop tailored growth strategies Use a consultative solution-oriented sales approach to align offerings with customer goals and objectives Consistently generate pipeline within existing accounts leading to successful close of new opportunities Apply AI-driven insights and tools e g predictive analytics conversational AI or automated prospecting to enhance efficiency personalize client engagement and improve win rates Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain detailed CRM Salesforce updates to ensure account visibility and pipeline health Stay informed on market trends competitive offerings and evolving customer needs to act as a trusted advisor Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in B2B account expansion upsell cross-sell or new business sales ideally in SaaS technology or business services Demonstrated success selling into mid-market organizations 500-5 000 employees Proven ability to drive growth within existing accounts through consultative selling Experience leveraging AI tools in the sales process e g AI-assisted outreach pipeline scoring conversational intelligence generative AI Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset Self-starter who thrives in an individual contributor role within a collaborative fast-paced environment United States Equal Opportunity Employment First Advantage is proud to be a global leader in removing barriers and supporting our community members to ensure the changing demographics of the workforce are reflected in our hiring and employment practices We value all of our candidates employees and clients and place great emphasis on hiring and supporting qualified individuals in each role We are an equal opportunity employer We do not discriminate on the basis of race color ethnicity ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship status marital status disability gender identity gender expression veteran status genetic information or any other area protected by applicable law
