Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels This role involves handling product listings inventory coordination order processing promotions and platform management across various e-commerce marketplaces and or the company s website Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon Flipkart etc Optimize product titles descriptions keywords and images for SEO and conversion Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking Process orders coordinate with warehouse logistics for timely deliveries Handle returns cancellations and resolve customer service issues in coordination with support teams Plan and execute promotional activities and discounts Track and analyze sales reports traffic and conversion rates suggest improvements Ensure compliance with platform policies and quality guidelines Stay updated on competitor activities pricing and e-commerce trends Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing E-commerce or related field 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales Skills Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub etc Besic Excel Google Sheets skills for data handling and reporting Familiarity with order management systems ERP tools and e-commerce dashboards Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of digital marketing SEO and analytics tools is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
