**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Handle order processing, including packing and dispatching orders.
- Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and update customers accordingly.
- List and update products on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Blinkit, ensuring all product details are accurate.
- Monitor product performance across different platforms and optimize listings to improve sales.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service tasks related to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch and returns management.
- Manage and update the Shopify store, including adding new products, updating descriptions, and running promotions.
- Prepare daily reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and product performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles.
- Experience managing Shopify stores and familiarity with Shopify's backend operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Blinkit.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software/tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
