Customer Service Associate Location: Mohali Working Days: 5 days/week Shift: UK Shift (Monthly rotational) Experience:0-2 Years Role Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Associates to support our blended process (calls & emails). This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work in UK shifts.
