About EvernorthEvernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people About Evernorth Evernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people Responsibilities Deploy software updates patches and security policies for the application software and agents via after-hours changes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer secure and reliable endpoint solutions Respond rapidly to unplanned events including after-hours for critically urgent issues Open and review support cases with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues Create technical documentation and runbooks for supporting and using the endpoint solutions Assist with providing evidence for scheduled security assessments Identify opportunities and drive process improvements Assist with the development of automated processes for repeatable work completed by the team Proactively monitor the health of our applications to assure performance availability security and capacity Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies QualificationsRequired Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization Strong troubleshooting skills Strong time management skills Ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira Familiarity with ServiceNow Required Experience Education High school diploma bachelors degree preferred or equivalent training work experience 8-11 years overall experience with providing technical engineering support in an enterprise environment Minimum 6-8 years of experience with the administration of endpoint solutions for servers Windows and Linux and workstations Windows Linux and Apple Desired Experience Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security CompTIA Server Microsoft Azure etc PowerShell or similar programming scripting experience
