Job Description We are looking to hire : Pre-Sales Demo Expert Team Member (ServiceNow) Remote / Full-time position with Vivid Edge Corp. Requisite skills - Excellent clear and concise communication skills (no accent) - prior experience as member of pre-sales demonstration teams with good sales orientation and problem solving capabilities - Self motivated learning and constant improvisation - Good organization and follow through skills - US or Europe customer interaction experience - Preferred GRC, App Engine, ITSM and SPM pre-sales demo skills - Good team player and mentee - Comfortable with presentations, proposals, solution walkthrough etc - Engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and pain points - Demonstration and presentation - Present narratives or value stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Solution design - Translate customer requirements into viable solutions - Proposal and RFP support: Respond to functional and technical sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). - Proof of concepts (POCs): Develop and deliver tailored proof of concepts or proof of value demonstrations to validate the solution's effectiveness. - Technical expertise: Serve as the SME for the ServiceNow platform and its products, keeping up-to-date on new releases and communicating the product roadmap to customers. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with account executives, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging - Asset management: Help maintain and build reusable demo environments and other sales collateral. - Consultative and interpersonal skills: The ability to act as a trusted advisor, understand business needs, and influence key technical decisions during the sales process. - Education: MBA or BBA sales and marketing - Local to bangalore preferred - Certification added advantage Regards, Vivid Edge Corp M Vijay anand - Resourcing Specialist E-Mail : [Confidential Information]
