About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in staffing recruitment or recruitment technology job boards The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients building long-term relationships and expanding our presence in the market Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from client identification and outreach to proposal negotiation and closure - Pitch and present our staffing and recruitment solutions to key decision-makers and senior stakeholders - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and meet revenue targets - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships - Collaborate with internal teams delivery operations and marketing to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution - Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and client needs to identify new opportunities - Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates Requirements- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within staffing recruitment or related industries job boards HR tech recruitment SaaS etc - Proven track record of closing deals and meeting exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to engage with CXO-level executives and build strategic client relationships - Strong business acumen and understanding of recruitment staffing sales cycles - Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram ref updazz com
