Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on B2C lead generation. - Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and CPA targets are met. - Develop strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency. - Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. - Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
