Roles & Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on B2 C lead generation. Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Linked In. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and CPA targets are met. Develop strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Skills Required 2–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on B2 C lead generation. Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Linked In. Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
