Role Summary
We’re seeking a smart and driven Associate – Performance Marketing with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2C lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on B2C lead generation.
- Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and CPA targets are met.
- Develop strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on B2C lead generation.
- Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
