Your Opportunity As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst at Roche Services & Solutions, you will play a strategic role in strengthening our digital marketing and analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data across channels, building insightful dashboards, optimizing user experiences, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion outcomes across Roche's digital ecosystem - including email marketing, website analytics, and content performance. As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will: - Collect, analyze, and interpret customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities. - Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track digital performance metrics across channels (email, website, and social media). - Conduct A/B testing and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness. - Provide ad hoc analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations to business partners on website performance, email engagement, and campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, content, and analytics teams) to define KPIs and optimize digital journeys. - Develop a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and digital campaign performance metrics. - Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance. - Mentor junior team members and train partners on analytics tools, tracking best practices, and reporting frameworks. Who you are - You hold a Bachelor's Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines) - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels - including email, website, social media, and paid campaigns - Hands-on experience with web and email analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics - Experience or working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and tag implementation - Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio - Good understanding of marketing automation tools (preferred) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud - especially for campaign tracking and performance measurement - Knowledge of email campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce, conversion) and ability to interpret these to derive actionable insights - Knowledge of attribution modeling, conversion management, A/B testing, and website/email performance optimization - Experience with SQL and database concepts including query optimization and performance tuning - Familiarity with tools like Omnibug, Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, and Google Optimize - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate digital and email performance data into actionable business insights - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills - Life sciences or healthcare industry experience (preferred) Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
