Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to manage Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing relevant IT talent, and managing the full recruitment cycle. This is a client-facing role that requires strong coordination skills, quick turnarounds, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end C2H recruitment for IT and technical roles across various clients.
- Work closely with client SPOCs to understand role requirements, timelines, and budget expectations.
- Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate technical fit, and coordinate interview schedules with clients.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates on the recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with both candidates and clients throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Ensure a professional and smooth candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements:

- Minimum 13 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on C2H hiring.
- Prior experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
- Familiarity with various IT roles and technical skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Experience in handling multiple clients and hiring for both product and service-based companies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
